Welcome to Raising Good Eaters. By accessing and using our website (www.raisinggoodeaters.com) and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Services Offered
We provide lactation counselling, paediatric feeding therapy, craniosacral therapy, and related services, as well as digital products such as meal plans and educational materials.
2. Booking & Payment
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system, WhatsApp, or phone.
Payment must be made before the session begins.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours before) will be charged:
50% of the session fee if canceled the day before.
100% of the session fee if canceled on the same day.
Arriving more than 20 minutes late is considered a no-show, and the full session fee will apply.
Unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before future appointments.
4. Use of Services
Our services are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
We may recommend referrals to paediatricians, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, or other specialists when needed.
Session reports will be sent to the primary care provider to ensure medical oversight.
5. Digital Products
Purchased digital products (e.g., PDFs, meal plans) are for personal use only and may not be shared, resold, or reproduced.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and refunds are not provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or digital products.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

Raising Good Eaters maintains a strict booking and cancellation policy to ensure availability for all clients and respect for our time.
1. Booking
All bookings must be made in advance.
Payment must be made before the session begins.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged:
50% of the session fee if canceled the day before.
100% of the session fee if canceled on the same day.
Clients who arrive more than 20 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged the full session fee.
Time lost due to late arrival will not be added back to the session and will only be accommodated at our discretion.
For school sessions, parents must ensure payment is completed before therapy begins. If payment is not received, the session will not proceed, and the full session fee will still apply.
Unpaid cancellation or no-show fees must be settled before any further therapy sessions can be scheduled.
By booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.
Digital Product Policy

By purchasing a digital product from Raising Good Eaters, you agree to the following terms:
1. Product Use & Copyright
Purchased digital products (e.g., meal plans, guides) are for personal use only.
You may not share, resell, modify, or distribute our digital products in any way.
Violation of these terms may result in legal action.
2. Payment & Refunds
All digital product sales are final, and no refunds will be issued once the product is delivered.

3. Technical Support
