Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive technique that helps restore balance to the body by releasing tension and improving function. This therapy is especially effective for babies and young children who may experience feeding or developmental challenges.

For Babies, Craniosacral Therapy can support:

  • Feeding issues: Latching problems, breast preference, shallow latch, dribbling milk, or spitting up

  • Breathing difficulties: Shallow or mouth breathing, chronic sinus infections, or blocked tear ducts

  • Birth complications: C-section, breech position, vacuum/forceps delivery, or head shape issues like flat spots or misshapen head

  • Digestive issues: Reflux, colic, projectile vomiting, constipation, or straining during bowel movements

  • Movement challenges: Head turning to one side, torticollis, or back arching

  • Other conditions: Chronic ear infections, sunny side-up birth, tongue ties, and ear or sinus infections

For Toddlers and Older Children, Craniosacral Therapy can support:

  • Developmental concerns: Speech delays, motor delays, picky eating, and swallowing difficulties

  • Behavioural challenges: Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and anger management

  • Breathing and mouth concerns: Shallow or mouth breathing, tongue ties, crowded teeth, and high-arched palate

  • Digestive and musculoskeletal issues: Chronic constipation, growing pains, torticollis, scoliosis, flat spots on the head, or posture concerns

  • Recovery from injury: Post-cast care for broken bones, especially involving the head or neck

  • Chronic infections: Ear infections, sinus infections, or a chronic cough

Doctors and parents trust Craniosacral Therapy to gently restore balance in the body, enhancing overall function and promoting natural healing.

Bianca has been of great help with alleviating my baby’s reflux with CST. I saw the results almost immediately. This has saved me from holding my baby for 30-45 minutes after each feed and he seems to be more comfortable and spitting up far less.
